Hiring Standards
H&R Transport is always looking for qualified professional drivers to join our team. If you are interested, please review the following list to ensure that you qualify:
Minimum 21 years of age.
Clean abstract and safety record.
Positive attitude and appearance.
Minimum 3 year verifiable Tractor Trailer driving experience and proven ability in the mountains. 1 Year Reefer Preferred.
Driver supplies own load locks, safety vest and steel boots.
After an initial interview, screening and record checks, approved candidates will be invited to attend a 3 day orientation in one of our training centers, conveniently located in Lethbridge, Alberta (for the west) and Mississauga, Ontario (for the east).
